Play with the Changes é o quinto álbum de estúdio do grupo britânico de 4hero. O disco é muito parecido com os álbuns do 4Hero: Creating Patterns, lançado em 2001, e Two Pages, lançado em 1998, que rendeu uma indicação ao Mercury Prize, uma espécie de Grammy inglês.Algo que sabem fazer muito bem é tirar o melhor de cada cantor que trabalha para a dupla. Um exemplo bem nítido é o da cantora americana Ursula Rucker, que mandou bem em Creating Patterns com seu jeito 'poesia falada' de cantar e não decolou com seu álbum solo Silver or Lead. Neste disco rolam parcerias bem sucedidas com novos cantores e com pessoas que fazem parte da cena londrina de nu jazz/broken beat, como Lady Alma, que canta a faixa 'Sink or Swim' e já vem trabalhando com a dupla há algum tempo. Outros agregados são Bembe Segue e Kaidi Taitham que também colaboram em boa parte dos lançamentos do 4Hero ou dos projetos paralelos de Dego e fazem diferença em 'Something in the Way'. A revelação fica com Darien Brockington e Phonte of Little Brother na música 'Give In', com levada soul.
